Our ISO 9001 , 22000 and 14001 certifications cover all our activities involving the processing, packing and delivery of rice, nuts and dried fruit, and pulses. They demonstrate our commitment to our customers, the reliability of our operations and our determination to manage our environmental responsibilities.
We were also among the first French companies to achieve Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) status. (Authorized Economic Operator).
This status recognises our compliance with customs and tax legislation, financial solvency and effective management of commercial and transport records, enabling appropriate customs controls.
Packaging disposal guidance
Our quality department is pursuing an environmental programme focused on recycling waste, reducing packaging and protecting the environment.
The packaging for products marketed by Haudecoeur is non-compostable, non-reusable, and does not contain hazardous substances. Our marketing, purchasing, and quality departments are currently working on the recyclability and recycled content of the packaging.
Our packaging and products may carry sorting and recycling instructions.
